Traditional (Predictive) Best Practices Deep Dive

  • Mastering Scope Definition and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Schedule development: Network diagrams, dependencies, and the Critical Path Method (CPM)
  • Baselines, variances, and the principles of formal change control
  • Utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) for integrated performance measurement
