DAY 2
Mastering Productive Conflict
- Identifying personal conflict styles (assessment and discussion)
- The difference between task conflict (good) and relationship conflict (bad)
- Techniques for initiating and facilitating healthy debate
- Activity: Discussing a tough, polarizing business issue with new conflict norms
DAY 3
Commitment and Accountability
- Decision-making models: Consensus, consultation, and clarity after debate
- Achieving true Commitment even when individuals disagree
- Defining and driving Collective Accountability
- Role clarity and process mapping to eliminate ownership ambiguity
DAY 4
Focus on Collective Results
- Reviewing the team’s key purpose and highest priority goals
- Identifying "Team Metrics" that drive collective success (not just individual success)
- Overcoming individual status or ego to prioritize team results
- Structured problem-solving simulation as a cohesive team
DAY 5
Action Planning and Sustainability
- Developing the final Team Action Plan for 90-day follow-up
- Defining the leader's role in maintaining the new team standard
- Commitment to continuous improvement (team retrospective structure)
