  • The Clarify phase: Turning captured inputs into actionable tasks
  • Mastering the Eisenhower Matrix (Urgent/Important)
  • Applying the ABC analysis for daily task sequencing
  • Techniques for breaking down large projects into manageable steps

 

DAY 3

Organizing and Execution

  • Designing physical and digital organization systems (folders, email, cloud storage)
  • The power of context-based task lists
  • Batching similar tasks and setting aside "Deep Work" time
  • Overcoming procrastination and building focus habits

 

DAY 4

Managing Deadlines and Projects

  • Utilizing backward planning to secure project deadlines
  • Techniques for estimating effort and time accurately
  • Assertive communication: Negotiating realistic timelines and managing expectations
  • Tracking and synchronizing multiple project schedules simultaneously

 

DAY 5

Review and Sustaining the System

  • The weekly review: The critical step for maintaining a trusted system
  • Review of digital tools (Planner apps, Notion, Trello) for system support
  • Developing a personal 90-day implementation plan
