Performance and Feedback Management

  • How to give effective, behavioral-based constructive feedback
  • Coaching for improvement: Addressing minor performance gaps
  • Documenting performance issues and preparing for formal reviews

 

DAY 4

Motivation and Team Engagement

  • Key theories of motivation (e.g., Herzberg, Maslow) and practical application
  • Recognizing and rewarding good performance effectively (both financial and non-financial)
  • Techniques for building a positive, engaging team culture
  • Basic conflict resolution and handling minor disputes
