- COURSE OVERVIEW

A five-day programme designed specifically for managers who are looking for a selection of tools, skills and competencies to help them achieve a shift in both their own and their teams’ performance. The fourth industrial revolution is upon us. Here and now, it underpins the evolving yet wholesale changes in the way we live, work, and relate to one another, as the way we work is more challenging and more connected than ever before. As such, businesses require their management teams to act as Leaderpreneurs, people who think and act very differently from those of the past. They need to be able to empower others to be the best they can be, they need to develop people, hold difficult yet positive conversations, build high-performing teams, be competent communicators and many other things besides. All of this is a work where the mere way of working has fundamentally shifted and aspects such as hybrid working are the norm. Leaderpreneurs need to think, act and design differently and build a business model of flexibility for tomorrow not stability of yesterday.
