Training Methodology

Classes are structured to combine theory with application, supported with teaching methodology of lecture, course materials and hand-outs, group discussion, actual case studies, videos, etc. The methodology of training programs delivery used by MSTC to ensure maximum benefit to participants include:

  • Lecture and Course Material
    • Lecture
    • Study material, covering topics of the course, to each participant, which could be used as a reference in the work place.
    • Additional Handouts, wherever possible.
  • Competency Based Training
    During the program delivery the Trainer ensures that delegates are assimilating/learning the subject matter by using the following:
    • Providing a good insight into the subject.
    • Question and answer technique throughout the course.
    • Behavior modeling and role-plays
    • One to one and/or group discussions.
    • Individual and team exercises.
    • Case studies during the course taken from real business problems and giving the real business solutions.
    • Videos, Slides etc.
    • Individual Action Plan to evaluate training results.


  • Methods of Action Planning
    The trainer helps the trainees to design an action plan on the course that can be successfully implemented at their workplace.
